Artist Release: By giving your artwork to Faces for Life, you will be transferring ownership of your artwork to Puget Sound Blood Center and also granting the Blood Center license to use your design and expression of art as contained on the face for any purpose in connection with its charitable fundraising activities. Artist Statement: Please include a brief artist statement with your artwork. Brief biographical information is also encouraged. Criteria: If the artwork is not a mask, please have your artwork
matted, mounted and framed. All artwork must be ready to hang. Maximum Size and Weigh: Size: 24 X 24, Artwork must weigh less
than 30lbs. Responsibility for delivery to the site and pick up may be the responsibility of the artist. Drop-off Work: June 1 - August 31, 2005. Exact date, time and place will be sent by e-mail. Value of Art: Please state a retail value on the artwork. All the masks will be exhibited at Bellevue Square from February 26 through March 24, 2006. Forty masks will then be featured in a live auction on Saturday evening, March 25, 2006 at the Westin Bellevue Hotel.
