Andrew Parker helped us find the perfect home - no mean feat! Both of us knew we wanted a home in Ballard, but when we first started looking we each had our list of criteria and weren't sure what type of home we were looking for. Jack wanted a place that was ready to move into, with little maintenance required; Marnie wanted an older place with character. As our buyer's agent, Andrew patiently showed us a variety of homes that met our very broad criteria and never let us get discouraged. Gradually, Andrew helped us narrow down what we wanted and together we zeroed in on a three-bedroom townhome built in 1992 that suited us to a tee - new enough that it didn't need any major work but with interesting shaped rooms, great windows, a garden space and patio, alley access, and no grass to mow.
